Ernie Pallesco started his martial arts journey in the early 80’s as a young man in Baltimore, MD. His passion for the arts propelled him to eventually helping run one of the largest martial arts organizations in the northeast. After relocating to Florida to help open more locations, he then ventured out to open a school of his own. Ernie’s vast experience in the martial arts industry drew the attention of the Mr. Mike Metzger and he then joined the Championship Martial Arts team as a District Manager. Now, as a part of the MAIA Team, his knowledge and expertise is accessible for all MAIA members to help grow their schools as well.
Although she began her martial arts journey in 2000, Stefanie has been involved in the teaching and business systems aspect of the industry since 2005. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she has run studios as both a chief instructor and a program director at some of the highest performing schools in the country. Stefanie now takes her expertise into her role as MAIA Program Director with the onboarding of new clients and answering any questions you may have about implementing the MAIA programs and systems into your school.
Michael has been training in the Martial Arts since he was 7 years old and has been involved in the teaching and business side of it since 1995. After many years of running martial arts schools as an instructor and manager, Mr. Perri now helps with systems implementation and creating the content for the MAIA Edge website with Mr. Metzger and the rest of the Licensing team.
